Advanced Editorial

The Advanced Editorial course has been designed to allow those who have already completed the Editorial & Proofreading course a chance to concentrate on more specific areas of editing. The course is also suitable for who have publishing industry experience.

An optional selection assessment test is available for those who are not sure about their standard. The one-hour optional test is in copy-editing and proofreading passages. The object of the test is to see whether students understand and are able to use copy-editing and/or BSI Marks, have an understanding of House Style consistency and can spot errors/problems in copy or in proof.
